  • The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win:
    • Employees of Epsilonium Software India Pvt. Ltd. or Klist.com and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.
  • "Stuffing" of Classified Ads is prohibited and may disqualify you from being considered for this content. "Stuffing" is defined as making multiple postings of the same or essentially similar item or service in the same Klist.com city site.
  • Klist reserves the right to announce the winners on Klist.com and publish and materials submitted as part of the entries. Klist.com will own the copyright to any such material published on the website.
  • Winners also agree that Klist.com can promote and publicize the winners' entries in appropriate promotion and press materials.
  • In case of multiple participants having same number of classified postings, random draw will determine the winner.
  • The winners will be declared on 15th Mar 2010 on Klist.
  • If you are a lucky winner, we will also send you an email with instructions on how you can claim your prize.
  • Klist.com will notify the randomly selected winner. The winner will have 15 days after notification to respond for collection of the prize.
  • All decisions made by Klist.com regarding any aspect of this contest will be final and cannot be disputed.
